These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://www.ggvisionagency.com and any services provided by GG Vision Agency, a trading name of Pulsewave Ltd, registered in Cyprus under Reg. Number ΗΕ 477460.

By using this site or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

 

1. Services

We offer photography, videography, drone services, and creative content production for short-term rentals, real estate, and personal projects. Details, pricing, and deliverables are outlined on our website or in individual quotes.

 

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the session without penalty (excluding the deposit).

• Cancellations within 72 hours may incur additional charges (e.g., location permits or travel).

• In the event of weather issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

4. Copyright & Usage

• GG Vision Agency retains copyright to all images and videos unless otherwise agreed.

• Clients receive a license for personal or business use as defined per package (e.g., Basic Host, Villa, LUX).

• Commercial use, resale, or publication beyond the agreed scope requires written permission and may incur additional licensing fees.

• We may showcase selected works in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless you request in writing not to.

 

5. Delivery of Materials

• Edited photos and videos are delivered digitally within 24-48 hours, depending on the package and service.

• Files are delivered in high-resolution JPEG / PNG or MP4 format via a private link or download gallery.

• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up content within the provided access period (minimum 14 days).

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the location and readiness at the agreed time.

• Inform us in advance of any specific shots, styles, or restrictions.

• In case of real estate shoots, properties must be clean, staged, and photo-ready.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for excellence, GG Vision Agency shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. loss of bookings due to late delivery).

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

• We are not liable for service delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data in compliance with GDPR.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cypriot courts.

 

10. Changes to Terms

GG Vision Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
