Preparing your property for photography
We know how to capture a property at its very best, but it only works if the home is prepared for us. Think of the shoot as if a serious buyer or guest was walking through the door—every corner should feel inviting, uncluttered, and well kept.
We’ll be photographing not just the rooms, but also the exterior and the street view, so take a moment to step outside and see things as a visitor would. Clear away anything that distracts from the overall impression.
Aim for the look and feel of a high-end hotel: spotless surfaces, neutral styling, and a space that feels ready to enjoy. The message should be simple—this property is cared for, move-in ready, and problem-free.
